What I Hate About Myself
When I'm angry, I have the bad habit of targeting my anger on the first person in sight. I hate being that way because I end up hurting an innocent bystander's feelings . My baby brother is the usual victim. The poor thing is afraid to breathed around me when I'm in a bad mood. The worst part is that I don't know how to fix this. I tried taking deep breaths when I'm on the verge of snapping. It helps, but it doesn't make it go away. They say exercise and Yoga makes a person calmer. I guess I'll try that.
